Who we are

CZ-Wellmed is an agency arranging cosmetic surgery, based in Birenbach near Göppingen, Germany. We are not a clinic and not doctors. We know our partner clinics and their specialists personally, we know who is particularly experienced in which procedure, and we organise consultation, quotes, appointment, travel and support through to aftercare. Medical consultation, examination and the operation are always carried out by the clinic's doctors.

Natalie Sarah Plitt founded CZ-Wellmed in 1999 and has personally advised every patient since. Lilly Plitt takes care of scheduling, travel and accommodation and is your contact for everything organisational. Christoph Pach prepares your documents for the doctors, clarifies medical questions with the clinics and coordinates surgery dates.

How we check our partner clinics

We only work with clinics we have visited ourselves and visit regularly. This is what we look at:

• Specialists in plastic and aesthetic surgery with proven experience in breast surgery
• Modern operating theatres, anaesthesia and hygiene to recognised standards
• Brand implants (Motiva, Polytech, Mentor, Nagor, Arion) and certified materials
• Thorough consultation and informed consent before the procedure, in German or English or with interpretation
• Fixed price as quoted, no hidden costs
• Feedback from our patients after every operation

If a clinic no longer meets these points, we end the cooperation. Which clinic and which surgeon suits you depends on your procedure, your findings and your wishes. That is why we obtain quotes from several specialists for you, and you decide.

Why the Czech Republic and Slovakia

Plastic surgery has a long tradition in the Czech Republic; training is comparable to Germany, many surgeons studied at Charles University in Prague and are active in international societies. The clinics are a few hours' drive from the German border. Costs are lower because wages, rents and operating costs are lower, not because quality is compromised.

What we promise, and what we don't

We promise honest advice, fixed prices, personal support and that we remain your contact after surgery. We do not promise a particular result: every operation carries risks and results are individual. We talk about this openly before you decide.
