Finding an appointment
We agree a preferred date with you, depending on the procedure, clinic and doctor. Depending on capacity, the waiting time is a few weeks; in some cases, short-notice dates are also possible. You can see currently available dates in the appointment calendar.
Reserving an appointment
Once you have decided, we reserve the date for you. The reservation becomes binding with the Surgery arrangement order and the deposit.
Confirmation
Once we have received your surgery arrangement order we will usually confirm the date and price to you within two to three working days. Together with the confirmation, you will also receive the preparation documents.
Changing an appointment
If your plans change, please contact us as early as possible. You can find the conditions in the Terms and conditions and in the withdrawal information.
