Privatklinik Karlsbad offers a broad range of plastic and aesthetic surgery at a high medical standard.
Under the leadership of MUDr. Svitak and his experienced team of doctors, numerous procedures in facial, breast and body surgery are carried out. The clinic combines many years of surgical experience with a high standard of aesthetics, safety and individual treatment planning.
The private clinic is located not far from the historic centre of the well-known spa town of Karlovy Vary. Thanks to good transport links, the clinic is easy to reach both by car and by train.
For inpatient stays, several well-equipped single and double rooms with private bathrooms are available. Additional amenities provide comfort and a pleasant atmosphere during your stay.

MUDr. Tarek Rashed is a specialist in plastic surgery with many years of international experience.
His medical career is characterised by thorough training in Prague, study and work placements in Italy and numerous professional development courses across Europe and internationally.
Training and experience
MUDr. Tarek Rashed completed his medical studies at Charles University in Prague, graduating in 2001.
He also completed part of his medical training at a university in Milan, Italy.
After his studies, he gained several years of surgical experience in plastic surgery in Italy.
Since 2009, MUDr. Tarek Rashed has worked in plastic surgery at a university institution in Prague, giving him many years of clinical and surgical experience.

MUDr. Tarek Rashed has extensive experience in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
His many years of work at university and international institutions enable him to assess a wide variety of surgical starting situations soundly and to plan treatment individually.
International experience & further training
A particular feature of his career is his extensive international experience.
MUDr. Tarek Rashed completed specialist courses, observerships and further training placements in, among other places:

In Taiwan, he deepened his knowledge under the guidance of Prof. Fu-Chan Wei, an internationally renowned specialist in reconstructive microsurgery.
