Status and scope
This statement applies to the website www.brust-op.com of CZ-Wellmed (Natalie Sarah Plitt Services). As of: October 2026.
Our aim
We would like as many people as possible to be able to read our information and use our services. We design the website in line with the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
Compliance status
The website is partially compliant with the requirements. We have implemented the following:
- Skip link to the main content and clear structure with headings
- Navigation, forms and image galleries can be operated with the keyboard
- Legible font sizes and contrasts; the page can be enlarged
- Alternative text for images; decorative images are marked as such
- Labelled form fields with clear instructions
- Animations are switched off if your device is set to “reduce motion”
- Display on mobile, tablet and computer
Known limitations
- Embedded third-party services, such as the smava loan comparison, the chat and the review page, are outside our control and may not be fully accessible.
- Some PDF documents, for example price overviews, are not fully accessible in all parts. On request, we will send you the content in another form.
- Some images of the clinics contain text that is not available as text.
