for the arrangement of consultation and treatment appointments by Natalie Sarah Plitt Services (CZ-Wellmed). As of October 2026.
The summary makes it easier to get an overview. The full terms and conditions below are decisive.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Natalie Sarah Plitt Services, proprietor Natalie Sarah Plitt, Hochwiesenweg 17, 73102 Birenbach, Germany (hereinafter “Natalie Sarah Plitt Services”), and its customers (hereinafter “patient”) for the arrangement of consultation and treatment appointments.
Natalie Sarah Plitt Services acts exclusively as an intermediary between the patient and the clinics or doctors named in the surgery arrangement order. Natalie Sarah Plitt Services is neither a clinic nor a doctor, does not itself provide medical services, diagnoses or treatment recommendations and is not a tour operator; no package travel is offered.
Natalie Sarah Plitt Services does not legally represent the clinics and doctors vis-à-vis patients. The contract for the medical service is concluded directly and exclusively by virtue of a separate treatment contract between the patient and the treating doctor or clinic at the place of treatment. The clinics and doctors are solely responsible for providing the medical services and are liable exclusively for those services. The clinics and doctors act independently and autonomously; they are neither employees nor vicarious agents of Natalie Sarah Plitt Services, and Natalie Sarah Plitt Services has no right to issue them instructions in medical matters.
All medical decisions, in particular on the type, scope, feasibility and timing of a procedure, are made exclusively by the treating doctor on site. A particular treatment outcome cannot be guaranteed.
Deviating terms of the patient do not apply unless Natalie Sarah Plitt Services expressly agrees to them in writing.
Among others, Natalie Sarah Plitt Services operates the internet platforms www.cz-wellmed.de, www.brust-op.com, www.liposuktion.org, www.mannop.de, www.med-haarverpflanzung.de, www.plastischechirurgie.net and www.ihr-beautyopberater.de, through which services provided by third parties are arranged for private individuals. Only an arrangement contract is concluded between Natalie Sarah Plitt Services and the patient.
The arrangement service includes in particular: forwarding the patient’s enquiry, photos and information to one or more partner clinics, obtaining quotations, coordinating and bindingly reserving the consultation and surgery appointment, transmitting the appointment and price confirmation, and organisational support in German.
On request, Natalie Sarah Plitt Services also arranges hotel overnight stays as well as transfer or chauffeur journeys in connection with arranged surgery appointments. These additional services are third-party services. The corresponding contracts are concluded exclusively between the patient and the respective provider.
The initial medical assessment and the clinics’ quotations are made exclusively on the basis of the information and images submitted. They are not a binding medical diagnosis, not a commitment that the procedure can be performed and not a guarantee of the result. The final decision is always made only after a personal examination and consultation by the treating doctor on site.
By submitting the surgery arrangement order (online, by e-mail or by post) and accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the patient makes a binding offer to conclude an arrangement contract. The contract is concluded when Natalie Sarah Plitt Services accepts the order by sending the written appointment and price confirmation (by e-mail or post).
The surgery date is agreed between Natalie Sarah Plitt Services and the patient before the signed surgery order is returned. In doing so, the medical requirements and the availability of the clinic and the treating doctor are taken into account. With the appointment and price confirmation, the patient also receives further travel information and, where applicable, the reservation for a hotel or guesthouse.
The patient warrants that they are fit for surgery at the time of concluding the contract and when starting the journey. Fitness for surgery should be established before the journey by a preliminary internal medicine examination and an ECG carried out by a doctor in private practice. These results must not be older than 14 days on the day of surgery. The final decision on whether the procedure can be performed is made exclusively by the treating doctor on site. If required documents are not available in time, an internal medicine examination can also be made possible on site after consultation and against a charge by the clinic.
As a matter of principle, the following will not be operated on: persons under 18, pregnant women and female patients up to 9 months after breastfeeding, persons who do not consent to a possibly necessary blood transfusion, drug users, persons with HIV or hepatitis B/C, and patients whose last operation under general anaesthetic was less than 8 weeks ago. Differing requirements of the respective clinic will be communicated to the patient and take precedence.
Persons with pre-existing conditions or who take medication regularly must disclose this fully in advance and have their fitness for surgery checked and cleared by their family doctor, internist or treating doctor before an appointment is agreed. Patients undergoing psychiatric treatment require a current medical certificate of no objection for the planned procedure. For breast operations, a current ultrasound or mammogram with a written report is always required; without this report the procedure cannot be performed. If necessary, this examination can take place on site after consultation.
The patient is obliged to provide all relevant information on their health, pre-existing conditions, medication, allergies and previous operations completely and truthfully, and to follow the clinic’s preparation instructions. Deliberate concealment or incomplete or incorrect information can lead to exclusion from the procedure. The patient bears the costs arising as a result, in particular cancellation, organisational or loss costs, in accordance with § 10; the patient reserves the right to prove that lower damage has occurred.
Photos and medical information are required for the initial medical assessment. The processing of this data, which may be health data, is based on a separate, express consent of the patient (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which they give in the surgery order or when uploading photos. The data is forwarded exclusively to the respective clinic or doctor. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Otherwise, the privacy policy applies.
The clinics’ prices are fixed “from” prices. The price binding for the patient results from the appointment and price confirmation. If the actual circumstances on site differ materially from the information and photos submitted, the clinic may adjust the price after a medical examination; the patient then decides whether to have the procedure carried out at the adjusted price.
All clinics and doctors require a surgery deposit before travel, the amount of which varies depending on the procedure and clinic. The surgery deposit and a one-off flat arrangement fee of €125.00 must be paid within 7 days of receiving the appointment and price confirmation to the bank account stated in the appointment and price confirmation. For short-notice appointments, payment is due immediately.
The arrangement fee is the remuneration for the arrangement service of Natalie Sarah Plitt Services. Natalie Sarah Plitt Services receives the surgery deposit in the name and for the account of the respective clinic and passes it on to the clinic (pass-through item); it is credited against the treatment price. After it has been passed on, claims for repayment of the deposit are in principle directed against the clinic. Statutory claims against Natalie Sarah Plitt Services, in particular after an effective withdrawal from the arrangement contract, remain unaffected.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly on site to the clinic or doctor before the operation; the method of payment is set out in the appointment and price confirmation.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the appointment confirmation, Natalie Sarah Plitt Services may, after an unsuccessful reminder, cancel the appointment and allocate it elsewhere. In this case § 10 applies accordingly.
If the patient cannot have the procedure carried out because of sudden illness, a medical certificate from a doctor in private practice must be submitted. The patient can then postpone the agreed procedure once free of charge, provided the new date falls within 6 months of the original surgery date. A deposit and arrangement fee not yet paid are due immediately after confirmation of the postponement.
Up to 22 days before the agreed surgery date, the patient can postpone an already scheduled procedure and date for a processing fee of €150.00, provided the new date falls within 6 months of the original surgery date. A deposit and arrangement fee not yet paid are due immediately after confirmation of the rebooking. Later rebooking requests are treated as a cancellation with a new booking, unless the clinic exceptionally agrees.
Cancellation must be made in writing by post or e-mail. Cancellations made directly on site at the clinic may also be declared orally to the treating doctor or the clinic staff; they are binding and are documented by the clinic.
In addition to the arrangement fee of €125.00, the following flat-rate cancellation costs are charged: up to 35 days before the agreed surgery date €350.00, from 34 days before the surgery date €500.00, from 48 hours before the surgery date or on the day of surgery the full deposit plus the costs incurred up to that point. Payments already made are offset.
The following also count as cancellation: failure to appear, considerably delayed arrival, refusal of required acts of cooperation, and discontinuation of the agreed process on site, in particular without a medical consultation, without an examination or without waiting for the medical assessment.
If an appointment that has already been rebooked or postponed due to illness is later cancelled or not attended, the deposit is applied as a cancellation fee. The same applies if the patient decides against the procedure for good after a postponement.
In all cases under this section, the patient expressly reserves the right to prove that no damage, or substantially less damage than the flat rate, has occurred.
If, after the medical consultation at the clinic, the patient decides against the planned procedure, the clinics or doctors may charge reasonable compensation for expenses as well as costs incurred. The surgery deposit paid is refunded, after clarification with the clinic, less these costs.
The treating doctor or the clinic may also cancel a procedure at short notice if performing it cannot be justified from a medical point of view, or if special circumstances make an operation impossible, in particular incomplete information, missing documents, considerable delays or conduct by the patient that impairs safe treatment. The patient’s safety always comes first.
If the medical examination shows that the procedure is currently not possible for medical reasons that the patient could not have known about beforehand, the deposit is credited towards the planned procedure on a new date within 6 months; the period may be extended in writing for good cause. If no new date is agreed within this period, the deposit is refunded less the clinic’s proven expenses.
If a procedure is not possible because of culpable conduct by the patient, in particular by concealing illnesses, pre-existing conditions, diagnoses or regular medication, through missing documents, late arrival or failure to comply with contractual obligations, the surgery deposit is retained as a cancellation fee. The right to prove lower damage is reserved.
Booked hotels, guesthouses or pick-up services can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival, unless the respective provider specifies different conditions. In the event of later cancellation or failure to appear, the full room or pick-up price is payable; these costs are invoiced separately. The right to prove lower damage is reserved.
Natalie Sarah Plitt Services is liable only for the proper provision of the arrangement service. Liability for medical services, treatment results, complications, follow-up treatment, travel services and accommodation is excluded, since these contracts are concluded exclusively between the patient and the respective clinics, doctors or other providers. If, after an examination, the treating doctor concludes that the procedure cannot be carried out, or only in a modified form, no claim against Natalie Sarah Plitt Services arises from this.
Within the scope of the arrangement service, Natalie Sarah Plitt Services is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence and for damage from injury to life, body or health that is based on a breach of duty by Natalie Sarah Plitt Services. In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is what makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance the patient may regularly rely, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. These limitations also apply for the benefit of the employees of Natalie Sarah Plitt Services.
If a surgery date is not possible due to force majeure, official measures, statutory provisions or illness of the doctor scheduled, the patient will be notified promptly and will be offered a replacement date as soon as possible. The deposit is credited towards the replacement date. If the patient does not accept a replacement date, repayment of the deposit is governed by the statutory provisions; the arrangement fee remains payable insofar as the arrangement service has already been provided.
All information provided by Natalie Sarah Plitt Services in brochures, on websites and in correspondence is based on previous experience with the cooperating doctors and clinics and serves as general information. It never replaces an individual consultation, examination and information session with the treating doctor.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, the model withdrawal form and the online withdrawal function can be found in the withdrawal information provided separately. The right of withdrawal expires early upon transmission of the appointment and price confirmation if the patient has expressly agreed that the arrangement service may begin before the withdrawal period has expired and has confirmed their awareness that they lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
If the patient is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Natalie Sarah Plitt Services.
Natalie Sarah Plitt Services is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The statutory provision replaces the invalid provision.
