The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.

E-mail: info@cz-wellmed.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.brust-op.com/widerrufen.html (“Withdraw from contract” button). If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), with information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

In the case of a contract for the provision of services that obliges you to pay a price, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully provided, if you expressly agreed, before the service began, that we may start providing the service before the withdrawal period has expired, and confirmed your awareness that your right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract by us (§ 356(4) BGB). Our arrangement service is fully provided as soon as we have sent you the clinic's appointment and price confirmation. You give your express consent and confirm your awareness in the surgery arrangement order.
This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to the arrangement contract with Natalie Sarah Plitt Services. Natalie Sarah Plitt Services is an intermediary and does not itself provide medical services. You conclude the treatment contract directly with the clinic or the treating doctor on site. The terms of the respective provider apply to that contract, as well as to booked accommodation and transfers.
You have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. If your data is processed for direct marketing, you may object at any time; your data will then no longer be processed for these purposes.
You may withdraw any consent you have given, in particular to the processing of health data and photos, at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR), informally, by contacting info@cz-wellmed.de. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.
