Here you can withdraw electronically from a contract concluded online with CZ-Wellmed, in particular the surgery arrangement order. Your withdrawal period is 14 days; details can be found in the withdrawal information. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal in good time.

You can also declare your withdrawal informally by email to info@cz-wellmed.de or by letter. After submitting, you will automatically receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, stating the content, date and time.
