About the clinic
Privatklinik Kladno is centrally located in Kladno and is easy to reach from the town centre. Prague is also only about 25 minutes away and is a good option for companions or a short stay before or after treatment.
The clinic places great importance on modern medical equipment and on personal, individual care for patients.
Travel is usually on the day of surgery itself. Before the procedure, the personal consultation and the final examination by the doctor take place first.
The patient rooms are plain, functional and practically equipped.
For companions or an additional stay in Kladno, the Hotel Hoffmann*, among others, is available. The listed hotel is only a few minutes’ drive from the clinic.

Specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery
MUDr. Jiří Kučera is a very experienced specialist in plastic surgery with decades of work in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
His career combines thorough training in general surgery with many years of experience in plastic surgery, microsurgery and reconstructive surgery. International study and training placements, particularly in France, complement his extensive surgical experience.
Training and experience
MUDr. Jiří Kučera completed his medical studies at the Faculty of Medicine of Palacký University in Olomouc, graduating in 1986.
In 1990, he passed the specialist examination in general surgery.
In 1995, he obtained his specialist qualification in plastic surgery.
His career took him through various areas of plastic and reconstructive surgery over many years. From 1988 to 1998, he worked in plastic and aesthetic surgery in Brno.
From 2002 to 2011, he worked in burn medicine, where he was responsible, among other things, for microsurgical reconstruction.
In the further course of his career, MUDr. Jiří Kučera took on senior medical responsibilities in plastic surgery on several occasions.

MUDr. Jiří Kučera completed a six-month specialist placement in hand surgery and microsurgery in Paris.
He also worked for two years at a private plastic surgery institution in Paris, where he deepened his experience in aesthetic surgery.
From 1998 to 1999, he also studied at Université Paris Cité – formerly Université Paris V René Descartes/Leonardo da Vinci programme.
As early as 1989, he took part in a specialist placement of several weeks in transplant medicine in Poland.
Scientific work
Alongside his surgical work, MUDr. Jiří Kučera also deals with scientific topics in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
He is the author or co-author of 19 scientific papers and professional articles.
His many years of clinical experience and scientific work thus complement each other to form a comprehensive professional background.
